Alpha Zero and super-GMs : which elite GMs have access to it ?

as alphazero is the most powerful engine ( and superior to leelazero), which super Grandmasters have access to it ? 

I know GM Matthew Saddler got access for the GameChanger book, but does anyone know if PH Nielsen, Jan Gustafsson and Magnus Carlsen have access to it ? what about the wch candidates like Caruana or Grischuk ? clearly the machine learning engine could find errors in Stockfish evaluation and help opening prep, and also analyze games ?

finally, if DeepMind/Google does not give access, do all top GMs use LeelaZero to prepare , rather than StockFish10 which used to be the reference ?

I believe Stockfish, Komodo and Houdini are powerful enough to discover Opening Novelties. Alpha 0 can beat those engines. It doesn't mean Alpha 0 computes better, only Faster! If A0 gives time handicap to any of the three engines, expect A0 to lose.

Ok but if 2 candidates prepare for a game, and one has a better chess engine, it may lead to an edge in the preparation. Openings are key at top level, and of course once out of the prep, GMs will be on their own. 

While the engines do the work in discovering Theoretical Novelties, it's the human, the 2nds, the Team who feed the engines with chess positions. The better Team wins, not the better computer and engine. In Topalov - Anand WCC, Topalov was supported by a powerful super computer powered by the most powerful engine of that era Rybka. Anand won the WCC because his Team is better.
