Well on the wiki chess they said 2224. Oh and I forgot to say he is a NM. I pretty positive they got the ratings from United states chess federation offical site.

Yeah, I didn't even realize he was in cali. I will have to see how far away he actually is.
Whos the best player in your state? Or country. But not the big ones like US or Russia. We all know who the best from their is.
Here in Alaska it use to be IM Bryan Smith, but he moved down to Pennsylvania where he is their 3rd best. Now our best is Artem Edmund Ruppert.
