I have a feeling that i have encountered a cheater. I played 3 games against him.
1st game: i have met him randomly and won, he wasnt cheating there i think:

2nd game: he wanted a rematch so i went for it and he improved out of nowhere, he was just playing his moves in 6-10 seconds which i think is very suspicious as well but it wasnt clear and i blundered my queen and resigned.

3rd game: i challenged him and he was again playing in 6-10 seconds with an accuracy of 95
