The great thing about Tesla, was that he wanted everyone to have free energy. Hard to believe in such a greed driven world.

Yes, and he understood how quickly under developed parts of the world could improve economically if the didn't have to make the capital investment required for electrical infrastucture. He haad over 300 patents and had many inventions that he never bothered patent. One of his cleverest inventions IMHO didn't have anything to do with electricity. It was a "bladeless" water pump that used the boundry layer effect of liquids to pump water. Metallurgical science was up to the task of providing a material that was durable enough at the time, but it has been made succesfully since. A truly brilliant mind.

He did unbelievable magic with electricity in the late 1800's and early 1900's.

Well, if you just like fruit and veggies, meat can be considered fruit depending on how you think about it; Meat is the fruit of the mass slaughter of innocent, defenseless, living, feeling creatures.

And the posting of vegetables is blasphemy!  For every animal you don't eat, I shall have three. 

I had red and black caviar once with salmon prepared three ways: smoked, raw, and grilled.  Very delicious.

The best evidence for Tesla being a cool dude is that Mark Twain hung out with him.  Anyone that Twain liked must have been a winner.
