Sooooooo.......you're christians? Modern christians?
Crusader Recruits

They could be crusaders (in the general, non-religious sense) for the Modern defence, trysts!
Oh yes, you're right! I don't have to be scared any longer! Thanks, NY5!

Glad I could help! As with almost everything I write, I don't actually believe a word of it, though

Sooooooo.......you're christians? Modern christians?
Is this dogma? Seriously, we're so ignorant of history in this country that I wonder if more than 30% know that Crusaders were Christians.

True, though the word has become widely used in a non-religious sense, so it's not necessarily that surprising.

I don't think you need to fear crusading online chess players.

@electric - Thought i'd add my 1 cent to this topic ..what make people christians? Because they strive to follow Christ, in their lives, sooooo IF the Crusaders were really christians they would have put their swords down and NOT invade countries to kill and stop the ******* movement from invading. I think they should have just switched their names to something else..sort of Like Alexander the Great when he conquered regions. If Jesus wanted to take the sword and be violent, he would have allowed Simon Peter to cut off both ears of the sneaky servant who was with the guards, when Jesus was betrayed by Judas. Also, he would have stirred his followers to fight for his life. That just wasn't what it was about.

The Crusaders were looking for a jihad. As ill-conceived as modern Islamic terrorists. Religious zealots are always dangerous. Deja vu.

Best go back to your history books..try some of the older history books that haven't been busy rewriting history and leaving out important facts.
