keeps offering a draw

I know there are plenty out there doing this, and they should be banned, but here is one more douche that just does not quite get that he is mated (or maybe he does, but for the sake of he  is spamming with draw offers anyway).

Is there a way to report draw spammers?  Their clock doesn't stop everytime they offer a draw, does it?  Thanks.

1) constant draw requests is unsportsmanlike but not against the rules.

2) You can block him and then not have to worry about playing against such people in the future.

3) I think it reflects poorly on one's ability to express themselves when your vocabulary is largely made up of words you wouldn't use in polite company.

On this other chess-website I play at,  they offer draws before they resign. Annoying. Just block them

The clock does not stop. You need not click on decline, just ignore the offer and set up a conditional move.

To "Report Abuse" click on "Help & Support" then "Contact us".

FIDE has a rule for this.

http://www.fide.com/component/handbook/?id=124&view=article

12.6

It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever. This includes unreasonable claims, unreasonable offers of a draw or the introduction of a source of noise into the playing area.

He can't kill the pony.  His king is in check.  I left the pony there to draw his rook and he fell for it.

White missed 12 Bxf6 - did you see it? 11 ... a6 was very bad.

Ya, he would have gone up by 3 if he played that right, but at the cost of his castle's pawn structure, thus exposing his king.  I noticed this, too, and was expecting him to take the knight, but he missed the opportunity.
