Just glanced at the first page of your archive. Of 23 bullet opponents 20 were close to your own rating, one was almost 400 elo stronger, one about 400 elo weaker, and one was 1000 elo weaker.
Sometimes when you look for a game there are no "appropriate" players available and you you get paired with the only other player looking for a bullet game

Then why do you complain (in the original post) about being paired with people 1000 elo below you?
My elo in bullet is 2000 and sometimes I get opponents that their elo is 1000, 1300
Seriously what’s going on here?
