My simple and humble suggestion: study tactics and hang around the site, read the articles and watch the videos etc. Analyze your games and share them on the forums.

Ok, let me get this straight. You feel like you are smarter than most people, and you had no idea that you can post games here?
Since you want to be tested I'll let you figure it out.
Just play games, have it analyzed by anything/anybody, and go on from there. That's how I started. Not reading books or studying openings/endings (until 6 years ago), but just playing games. In addition, play more games with players rated higher than you (the higher, the better experience, thus better understanding of the complexity, practicality, but beauty, of chess). What do you have to lose? It's just a game anyways. Furthermore, be friends with titled players. Besides, they need to look good as well as their playing (no offense, tonydal). I like your thinking and outgoing-ness, but hope this helps. Good luck to you in your successful future of chess! Best regards, bellchessteam19.
I know a ton of openings.
especially when you add up all your identities.
LOL

And 80% of people think they are better-than-average drivers . . .
I saw some of your games. You should learn at least the basic opening principals, try not to move without thinking first because you hang a lot of pieces.
I saw that too HandBanana and he only play live chess he would learn alittle better by using turn-based.
Turn based is a good idea, that and analyzing his own games after every match. or whenever there is time.
challenge me (unrated) at takeback chess anytime so we could both agree to let you take back a move and you could try any strategy, opening, or position you want against me
Thank you for all the people who gave me good info, and thanks for the other people who went out of their way to be rude?? but i added all the people who said they would help so ill be hearing from u guys soon! thanks a bunch!
Here are some very useful tips:

The question - are more than half of them right?
Hey! My name is Chris, and I'm 18 years old, and I'm not amazing at chess but i feel like i do have a strong critical thinking mind that gives me an edge, and I'm not walking through the games I'm playing now, but i would like to be challenged more so my game can pick up, and i can learn strategies and moves from better players! so please if you feel you can help me out with tips, short lessons, or even just playing against me and give me some constructive criticism at the end the match, please add me as a friend, i would greatly appreciate it!
