What you need is not tricks. What you need is to see what your opponent's moves threaten, and to learn how to defend against the threats.
I need help, my game sucks, and I don't really know what to do...
I think you need to learn more about chess principles. Here is one of your recent games. The way you played the opening left you with an almost impossible game. I think there are some free videos explaining the basics. If you can't find them on chess.com, I'm sure you can search Youtube

What should I do? I always fall for tricks and end up losing my queen, a lot. I really need some helpful tricks.
If you really want to improve, one of the best things you can do from home is to read books. A whole bunch of em. I used to be a very poor player but now irl I have seen a very large improvement. In my opinion (and according to some GMs) the fastest way to improve is to study endgame first. Maybe you don't want to study that, that's fine too, whatever works best for you is the best course to take. Here is a link to a website you can download free PDFs of chess books: https://www.pdfdrive.com/ I would start with 100 Endgames by Jesus de la Villa and work your way to more difficult books from there. I hope you improve : D

Based on your questions you're looking for shortcuts to improvement, and unfortunately that won't get you much better in the long run. In order to learn chess, you need to study the basic principles of the game. Develop your pieces, control the center of the board, don't leave material hanging etc. Unfortunately it takes a lot of practice and effort to learn the game and get good at it, but if you just try to find shortcuts with cheap tricks, you'll hit a brick wall on your development. Watch beginner videos on YouTube, read chess books aimed at new players, practice tactics. If you want to become good at chess, you need to learn from the basics and build up your knowledge and ability from there. There are no shortcuts, only studying.
