You are not alone, you CANNOT name the amount of times I’ve fallen for obvious traps, hung my pieces, hung forks/skewers/pins, etc.

Levy from Gotham Chess said something that really spoke to me on the first video I ever saw… he said in order for you to become good at chess you need to lose your ego and be ok with losing thousands of times. Since hearing that I am less hard on myself which helps me improve

You are good at chess, but you MUST learn, how to not move your queen into danger and yes, I suck sometimes by moving pieces into traps, but everyone make mistakes. You must learn from your mistakes, OK?
