I'm 14 with 1400 elo so is that possible? And have anyone who started chess lately then become successful that you know?

Yes it's possible. You need to train, play all the time, go to the tournaments. So yea. I think CM oraz FM is very possible, but IM and GM is the level that, you need to do more than play and train, but I wish you luck
