It's probably impossible to fairly compare plyers from different eras. But if we do it anyway, Kasparov comes ahead of Carlsen in all aspects. He was more dominant, and for a longer period.

Perhaps, there are very few players at Magnus's level of playing but there are several up there and it's tricky to decide who is the best when the difference is only a few elo.
