On average, what chess rating should a chess player have after playing for a year?

started playing a little before my 14th birthday and reached 1800 blitz in 13 months. I jumped from 1300 to 1800 in a month.

that sounds pretty real, my rating jumped up about 300 points on one website in only about 3 or 4 weeks

All depends how much work people put in, there is no rating you should be after a year, people play for years and can't get past begginer. Enjoy and good luck with hitting your targets.
