Wait for the game to end. Block him. Go on with life.

I get ecstatic when my opponent doesn't move or disconnects midgame.

That's about the only way I can win at a chess game.

By moving, opponent did more than I could have expected.......

Opponent could have accepted a draw, but he chose to resign.
