random top blitz account

I just discovered this random account that was opened yesterday that has a blitz rating of 2951, but it's a new account, it's not a titled player just a random person that's 2900 in blitz, I actually checked their blitz stats and they have more wins than losses and draws combined, here's the account: https://www.chess.com/member/pp_onthepp. curious to know your thoughts

wow he actually got banned. His stats were very interesting (I did that on purpose) so I'm not surprised
