Remove hate speech from chess.com

Yesterday I won a game against an opponent who called me piece of shit and wrote me 'I hope you die of cancer'. I the screenshot with the player's name and the message but I dont know how to send it to chess.com. Does this platform has access to chats and what measures do they take for these players? This is totally unacceptable, unhuman and everything else. This one, and anyone else using this language should be banned forever from any online chess plaftorms.

To file an urgent report:

You could also send your screenshot attached to an email to support@chess.com

If you didn't have the screenshot, and the report wasn't urgent,  you could just click the "Report" button on your opponent's profile and fill in the details.
