From the bottom of any page click on Help & Support, then in the bottom left corner of that page click 'Contact Support' it should lead you to the ticket submission form: http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit
report bad play

chess.com will say you can simply turn off chat for that game or ban that player
how do report bad play, violating fair play using inappropiate text in chat etc.
