Reporting players?

Hi all

I would like your guys advice on this topic:

This has happened to me quite a lot and I would just like to know if it is okay to report the player. Sometimes when I am in a winning position my opponent will disconnect, even though they had full bars of signal before I made my move, this lead me to believe that they disconnected from the internet rather than resigning. Even though you get points should you report that player? And another question is will you get banned if you report to many other players?

You won't get banned for reporting to many players, if you feel players stall games etc then worth a report incase they are abusing it.
