Trying to improve

Hi, I am currently in the rapid rating range of 1430-1460, trying to improve. Some games I play really well, and then others, I have a big attack but it fails, others I just end up a pawn down in an endgame, etc. Some endgames I think I show good technique, and in others I just make terrible mistakes. I was wondering if a stronger player could help me understand where I am going wrong/give me some advice. I am an e4 player; against the sicilian I play the open sicilian, against e5 (almost always followed in my games by Nc6) I play the Scotch, against c6 I play the Tal (I take dxc5 in the Botvinnik), against e6/French I play the exchange, against pirc the austrian attack, against french the exchange or the steinitz. With black I play the four knights sicilian or dragon depending on my mood; against d4 I play the grunfeld or king's indian. Against c4 I get it so rarely that I just play a Nf6/g6/Bg7 most of the time.

I'm not very strong, but thats because I don't manage my time wisely. That's one major biggie.
