I am still concerned with players that make one move and than go on vacation for 2 months. Surely one could have a limit on maximum vacation time, say 21 days, that can be used at any one time, rather than maximum of total available. Now that internet is available in every country, every airport, every hotel and many internet coffee places there are realy no reasons for this abuse of vacation time.
