i think that Carlsen is better
Fischer is old news, but had Fischer grown up in this era, I think it would have been a match. With a slight preference for Bobbo.
Im sure Fischer would be able to win 1/4 of the time. But Carlsen is better!

Carlsen continues to play strong chess. Fischer is dead and can't play any more. That makes Carlsen better.
Peak Fischer and peak Carlsen? Who knows. For all we know, Carlsen might not even have peaked yet.
Bobby had more potential and if he was an active player of our age he would be better than Magnus. But based on his screentime Magnus takes the W
