What you need to do when you go to bars and clubs is to bring pawns with you, and throw them at the women's face, and say "I promote you now to be my Queen".
If it does not work at first, keep trying. You have up to 16 chances per chess set ... or until the bouncers kick you out.
Btw don't throw pawns at bouncers, they dont like it that much.
