Why is Maxime Vachier-Lagrave practically always called MVL but Jan-Krzysztof Duda seldom called JKD and Le Quang Liem or Liem Quang Le never called LQL? I urge the adoption of those latter two monikers because Krzysztof is hard to spell and say and no one knows whether LQL's first name is Le or Liem.
