Why the sudden disappearance?

Two of my current loss records were against "asmael". I wish to play some more games with him but he just disappeared. Will somebody tell me where this player had gone?

i typed that username in the search bar, and the profile was removed. this probably means that he left chess.com

Thank you very much Calvin for the information. I'm just wondering why he decided to leave the site. Well, he's a good player I must add. Did he really left or being removed from the site? Anyone from the administrator please?

i checked his games, he stil has some games going on, three of which say "my move"
