What is this email?

The local servers might have the opposite opinion

Anyway, you got the letter

I hear you, the other day I got this email. I haven't verbally harassed or used any form of profanity to anyone.
Hello CockroachDolly, |
You are not required to chat during your games, but if you choose to, please be kind and help promote a positive environment where people of all ages can enjoy playing chess together. Please restrict "trash talk" to games with your Friends. |
Further complaints of this type will result in your account being muted or closed completely. |
Thank you very much, |

a goodbye its easy to take
PS: it was about your FRIENDS...not all games)
your own friends made reporsts on you!!!

Hello Fet
It seems you have been disconnecting from games recently, and our automated systems have interpreted this as a breach of our sportsmanship policy. This means you are currently unable to join the pool of players whose accounts are in good standing, which can result in longer wait times, and you may not be able to enter Tournaments or Arenas. If you would like your account returned to good standing, please follow our Sportsmanship Policy for your next several games and your account will be automatically adjusted.
If these disconnections have been unintentional, please take a look at this FAQ article for troubleshooting tips:

Also feel free to contact us at chess.com/support and we will be happy to help resolve the issue with you.
Thank you,
