4 Player team chess - Playing as anonymous

I've played a number of games with two team players who always play as Anonymous. They always play as a team and always as Anon to prevent others from aborting the game.  They are carloschunga and ElPescador56 and rated 2000+ as it's no surprise they are always up against one or more 1600-1800 players.

There are game settings intended for players to match their skills with their opponents if they want to continue to team play together, which is fine.

But continuing to play as a team against lower rated opponents and hiding your user names is getting old. This has been going on for several months and I've reported them at least 10x without any success.

I don't know why they wouldn't choose to play with players at their own rating, but it's poor play.
