Bulldog Chess with Spirit (thegreatauk - rychessmaster1)

May I doubt this? From here it looks like he posted WFB 23 ours after your warning - which would be just in time.

Did you keep a screenshot?
In general, I find claiming on time very acceptable, but there should be a clear case and no reason to doubt for the arbiter.

Yeah but you still had to claim before I posted.
Correct. This game is not yet over.

This is indeed what the rules say:
"14. Time control: Three days maximum per move, unless agreed otherwise. Once notified of an illegal or ambiguous move, the time spent correcting or clarifying the move must be within the three day day limit. If your opponent has not announced his move within the three day limit, request a reply. If a legal move is not announced within one extra day (24 hours), your opponent is a "no show" and he/she has forfeited the game. You record the game as a win."

I am unhappy with how this rule has been written down. In OTB tournaments you only win on time if you notice it and claim it. If you get mated by an opponent with negative time on the clock then the mate counts. Why should it be different here? Hopefully @vickalan is willing to give his thought here.

Ok this triggers me. He might very well have been just in time and you confirm with this remark that you yourself are not 100% sure. My conclusion is that your claim is invalid.

I would rather have the federation decide. and no I am not stalling I just happen to have my countries junior chess champs and I don't have a lot of time on the computer.

It's still intriguing. We are both looking at the information displayed by chess.com. One moment I find evidence that thegreatauk was just in time. Another moment you find evidence that thegreatauk was too late. Doesn't this altogether mean that the information displayed on chess.com is not reliable? Or has a too large error marge? Anyways, one cannot simply rely on one observation while ignoring another observation that counters it.

Since we can't decide but you say you are winning how about you actually play it out (in a few days I will be more active)
