I am working on a chess variant called Cheesechess. It is the same as regular chess, except for a few differences. There are two new pieces: The cheese and the mouse. There are four cheeses, which start on the central squares. Both the cheese and the mice move like the king. The cheeses are neutral; both players can control them. If your opponent moves a cheese, you cannot undo their move. Both players have two mice. The mice start in front of their a- and h-pawn. The mouse is the only piece that can capture the cheese (referred to as "eating" the cheese). The mice cannot be captured. You can win in two ways: either by checkmating your opponent, or by both of your own mice eating one cheese each. Once a mouse has eaten a cheese, it becomes fat, which means that that mouse cannot eat any more cheese.
I will continue posting updates on Cheesechess here.
