Can a KM dodge capture by a Time Traveler or Time Thief? The KM should at least get confused by the time effects.

- How to use it?

- How strong is it?

I think it should be used to approach the enemy King, as it is unstoppable while attacking, almost like the Dwarf.

Yeah, using it like a dwart is reccomended.

I think it is worth about 7 points, a little bit less than the dwarf and the queen, just simply because when you capture it with check, you lose it. Also if the piece that captures it makes another threat, it might just need to be sacrificed
