Chess on a huge board sandbox - anyone can join

You can sign up for white or black.
Thinking time 3 days per move, but faster is fine.

Non-orthodox pieces:
I think everybody knows Archbishop (e1), Chancellor (h1) and Guard (f2).
Buffalo (g2) is used in "Chess on a really big board", check here.

On a2 there's the Vertical Mover, which is very simple: moves like a Rook up and down, or steps one square sideways.
(Side mover also exists but we don't use it here.)

Pawn can move 3 steps at intial move.

Any team member can discuss here in this thread what would be the best move. If somebody types "I propose ...." then team members can agree or not. If a move is just posted then the move is done and it's the other team's move.

Then I'll ask them to make up their mind, and they have 3 days anyways

This is a selection of pieces from other variants, the pieces used here are not hard to learn and their movement can mostly be found on the Internet. I decided that it's worth trying on a 12x12 board.
