Apologies for taking so long to respond to you on this post -- for a while we had lost the link!
We cannot accept this position. There are certain symbols which, because of historical uses, or implied representation are inappropriate to be replicated in a custom position. I'm sure it was inadvertent, but your NCP has a strong resemblance of one such symbol. There are ways of re-arranging your setup to avoid this, and I would recommend that you do so, then re-submit for consideration.

On behalf of the CGA team, we ask that you refrain from posting your NCP threads until you've thoroughly tested the position. Playing one test game is not sufficient to request CGA review.
Please read this forum thread explaining in more depth why this issue bothers us so much. The quick summary is that through playing test games and carefully analysing the position, you will no doubt discover problems and issues specific to your NCP. Through this process, you will (with hope) revise the position on your own, and eliminate these issues, thus resulting in your actual submitted NCP being the best it can be, at which point the CGA team will be more likely to accept.
