Ok say you become an Admin then how do you do it? Well you have extra options on the right. Click Vote Chess then click create. Before that.... in many cases you want to have a team to challenge. The option for open seek will more than open lead to a stronger team accepting it an you getting crushed in a game. Easier option below. Check the Vote Chess leader board and join a couple groups on page 1. Enter some of their Vote Chess games. They more than likely have rules for the team but it is there for all to play and have fun.
