Your pace has been very reasonable, so that's an improvement. Fundamentals require work, though. 3 major points.
- Development of Diagonal Pieces (角馬). The correct way to develop these pieces in any given game depends on how your opponent arranges his main structure. A) 2五馬 or 11五馬 are reasonable considerations against basic structure with flat lines of defense, which does not mean that you should play those moves, just that you should watch out for them. Against more pointed formations, I would try to avoid those moves. These moves are a quick way to bring slow pieces up to the front. But the quickest way is not always best. B) Against structures based around 仲人 platform formations, an often good approach is to drop the opposite side horse back 1 square and open its diagonal, so you eye 2 adjacent diagonals, making it difficult for the enemy lion. No diagonal pieces should be brought to the front. I have been favoring these 仲人 formations lately, since my opponent rarely understands that you cannot just speed up the game into open play without suffering a bad position. C) Against centrally focused structures, I like to set one diagonal piece in the middle and one on the outside, then try to advance slow pieces on the outside and concentrated pawn thrusts in the center. There are other ways of playing against those. Hard to mess up too badly.
- Number of Advanced Ranged Pieces. This should depend mainly on who has the better position, by how much, and how aggressive that player wishes to be. Rule of thumb: no more than necessary to take advantage of what your opponent concedes. Pushing 2 ranged pieces forward shows confidence; 3 shows overwhelming confidence. Too many forward can just drain your tempi, if you try to justify it, or otherwise you'll end up with a bad position.
- Exerting Pressure. This should be done by making your opponent's previous moves look bad/ugly. Attacking pieces you dislike for the sake of provoking a reaction shows lack of discipline and could easily result in loss of tempi. If they take a key square, it's perfectly fine to shoo that piece away. Otherwise, look for more objectively sound moves.

Well, I am not sure what I was thinking.
I hate what I am doing this game, my position. If you are okay with me resigning this early we can have another game, which I might perform better, because I would use my board at home (I see things better with a real board). But it's still early, if you want to continue this game I am also okay with this. In this case I play 3五銅.
