I have used two swaps. Going forward, whenever a player announces a swap he should mention the total number of swaps so far. The post could be "I swap this and this, this is my 3rd swap".
This position just screams "there are tactics". I'm currently deciding between 4 moves.

Looks like I'm up the exchange: [kingside openness + e rank rook] vs [central pointedness + some mobility]. Tough decision this move. I don't particularly want to play R-9e. Gonna think about it some more.
