I strongly agree. I am fascinated by duck chess but rarely play anything outside of the daily format. I also have lots of less experienced friends who I could be able to play against more if we could enjoy variants together (as very casual players, my friends do not enjoy the strict controls of live chess).

People who play this crap in my club get thrown out. After 60 days of suspension, they are permitted back in with a written apology to never ever do that again! We will do everything in our power to preserve the purity of the Royal Game. We even outlaw most gambits in serious games.
I also want daily duck chess
Duck chess is quickly becoming one of the more popular variants on chess.com. It’s similar to standard chess, so any chess player can learn it, but it’s also full of fun and intriguing tactical play.
What I would really like to see at some point would be a daily duck chess. Currently, the only variant that can be played daily is 960. Other variants make sense to not make daily. (3+ and koth are inherently fast-paced, 4PC would take a very long time, Bughouse would be strange if it’s not live, etc.) But I feel like Duck chess would work perfectly as a daily game, and give people lots of time to explore the potential of this variant.
