Hi all! Long ago I had the idea to add possession of the board as a factor to chess. It resulted in economy Chess:
The more squares you conquer, the more pieces you can buy.

I loved the idea so much that I hired someone to build it. It could be downloaded through chess.com. in the videos you can see the software being used. It had some flaws, but it allowed you to play economy chess just fine! Unfortunately I lost my computer with the software and chess.com stopped supporting downloads.
