En Passant Chess (my own variant) open challenge/2 games in progress

Main rules like in standard chess. But queens, bishops, rooks also can be captured En Passant. If you place your piece on a square through which a similar opponent's piece passed on the previous half move, you capture it. Example:

Qxa5#! (En Passant)

In your example, after Qa8+ Qxa5#, couldn't Black play Bxe5/f5?
