Moves like four pawns (see image, all paths are legal (blue = normal; red = capture) as long as capturing for a red path is possible)
Can only en passant as it's first move when present
Oh yeah, when it promotes its four promoted pieces form a chain attached to the initial fourpawn
Cannot promote to give check, checkmate, or cause stalemate
It would be worth 6 (or 7) points
