If I'm understanding you correctly, all the bishops and knights here are archbishops (combined B+N) so there are similarities with Janus Chess - where the archbishop is called a Janus: www.chessvariants.com/large.dir/janus.html

But Janus Chess is played on a 10x8 board, with two archbishops in addition to the normal bishops and knights. Instead you're replacing each player's bishops/knights with four archbishops (and keeping the 8x8 board). With any introduction of more powerful pieces you have to think about the balance of the game and whether or not those powerful pieces play too big a role - which is partly a matter of taste of course.
