Yes, i was muted. Had a not-so good conversation with one person being very toxic  in live chat after a game.

But why is it you being muted?

Well, he was muted too i guess. Chessdotcom  has an automated system and if you say any word which belong to the category which have been flagged, you can be muted. You just can't say those words even if you dont mean it that way or any way.  Even 70% the account closures are automatic these days. If people have any queries they can contact support. The problem with being online is some people will say bad words after a loss or even troll you after beating you but this happens in very less cases. say like 1-2 cases in 100. You can just easily ignore most of the times, report them, which i do often but sometimes it gets provocative which I need to control from now.
