Highly Unreasonable 60 Minute Sanction for Sending Multiple Bughouse Messages

after a three week break I came back to play bug today and was shocked by this. I got warned the first game I played by clicking "no Q, no R", then muted 60 mins right after for clicking on b, then P #

I received a 60 minute sanction for sending rapid messages to my bughouse partner.
Bughouse requires extremely fast communication, often with multiple messages being sent. The system perceives it as spam, but it is not. Often we need to send multiple messages to convey the urgency of needing a piece or urgency of the situation. Add to the fact that the sound does not always come through when sending messages requires that we send more messages.
It is completely unreasonable to sanction users who are sending multiple quick messages to their bughouse partners.
This policy ABSOLUTELY needs to be changed.
The spamming filter needs to be removed for bughouse. Instead, chess.com can add a button so that partners can choose not to receive messages from partners if they feel there is abuse.
It is an extremely simple solution.
