Been stuck at 1350 for years and years and years. No amount of study/playing seems to illicit any improvement. Looking for some help also..
I think you need to lock in, 1400 is such a bad elo...

So I have been stuck at around 1350-1400 blitz/rapid for what feels like eternity. It’s my dream to achieve the GM title one day, but I feel like I am doing things wrong. I am very good at puzzles, and I find most tactics in games. I feel though, that my middle game/engame need some work. What should I be studying to get to 1600?. Any tips and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.

am also kinda stuck there, good day am 1430 bad day i nosedive to 1350 etc... i have beat some a couple 1600s and many 1500s and this has helped ease my anxiety... what i enjoy is getting entangled in a critical do-or-die headlock with an opponent where a mistake decides who wins...feels nice to know another human being is testing you to your current limits as they also struggle to improve their ability... games where i blunder and opponent hangs me at the stake or they blunder and i burn their house to bits no longer excite.

Although my goals have shifted, my love for chess has not been lost during this time 
Congrats for the improvement. Rating barriers are possibly the hardest thing to overcome in chess : you feel like you have the knowledge, but it doesn't quite pays off in games. You have surpassed this barrier and you have achieved a rating that most of the people would not even dream to ever have and that's something to be proud of. I am trying to climb up the ranks too but I feel like I am going to be stuck where I am for a long time if I don't start to study seriously
