what about infinite player chess?
?
Hi, I want to know when player vs computer will come, I know or believe that it would take a while making a AI to discover moves without out moving up (not including infinity) a indescribable amount of spaces. This project is an amazing idea with all the new pieces but an amazing piece would be a queen that could move like a knight and has the problem of the king that you HAVE to protect it and if you don’t you lose. I just love this idea and its already fun playing with friends and family.
I was thinking just the Amazon and Archbishop.
Okay yeah those are real easy to add!
can you also add the knight rider
Hi. This will be the forum where I post updates on the development of the Infinite Chess site I am creating, www.InfiniteChess.org! For the first time in history, you can now play live Infinite Chess games!

I have many more features planned, including:
... and more! Follow for updates, and also come here to help find games!
I created a similar program years back for moderating infinite chess games (including the popular NEISG), but the drawback was it was tricky to install, not web-based, and not well optimized. This new version is easily accessible to all! Excited to see what community content arises!
This is an indie project I've put countless hours into developing. If you like what you see and want to help me in my endeavor with this variant, please consider supporting me through my Patreon! 🙏
But hey, I watched ur videos and i got intrested in infinite chess
A computer is one of the lower items on my list. The challenge is at any given point there are infinitely many legal moves to choose from. Themes, unlimited move distance, rated matches, etc. will likely come before!
Yes I'm planning on also adding the knightrider! (I have set aside a texture for it) That will be a fun challenge to introduce hippogonals other than diagonals and orthogonals.
Do I have to create an account to play?
Nope. No account needed!
Okay. Thank you.
more on my idea
so it would be a page with two sub tabs
one with a board to place pieces on
another to create your pieces
the look would probably have to be imported, for the pieces; and i think it should be consistent
names too, and abbreviations would be three letters long with the unnecessary ones auto removed- so if theres a piece abc, and another abd in the same game, both would have the three letters, but if no, it would be just ab
then we would have a piece and (for user friendliness) it would be like this:
a dot will be taken for jumped to places
an arrow for sliding, and that can be limited; and it would be a separate option (than the dot) to allow for knightrider stuff
then a bunch of special powers can be added, being checkboxes
or, if we dont care about user friendliness, we can have a sort of notation (inspired by betzas, of course) to enable many many more things and in a more consise way; though how to show this visually would be challenging, maybe a rules section taking these notations and making it human readable? or that could be done by the designer??
add more, this is just my very rough first idea
