Similar to vote chess engines should not be used.
And yeah, it is the team that should decide the moves, he is just the messenger.

Got it. (all of the points made)
Have to go look at some of the prior games Martin0 has played, get a feel for his style.
P.S. I keep thinking of Martin guitars on this thread, of which I own a 1936 Martin 0-18 that sounds so killer that maybe I'll break it out tonight, and remind myself why I enjoy owning it so much.
It's moot, the "die" has been "cast" by ry with Bb5+, and join all of us on the analysis page.
Martin lives here, … for now. Don't let on that we suffer from any disarray… it may encourage him.
Since the game can be decided on time, one thing I'm noticing is that there are no time-stamps for when the moves are made. All I see is info like: 2 days ago.
Martin0, you stated on the first page that you have 3 days per move, but then added that if you do not move by 3 days, anyone can alert you to a time warning, and at that point you must make a move within 24 hours. (so, you effectively have 4 days)
Based on this website "post" submission-info and your time-descriptors, when The World sees the move submission from rychessmaster1 showing 3 days ago, anyone of us may at that point warn you that you must submit a move within 24 hours.
Does this sound good to you? Correct? (Btw, we are only at 2 days ago right now.)
Ok, I reread the rules again, and it seems that the timeout maximums are:
And we'll go with what Martin0 and rychessmaster1 days ago timestamp shows since the last move was posted.
Other than that, things are up to date since Martin0 just made his move, and the World's clock is now ticking.
No.
The point of the event is that we have changed rulers and it should affect how you think about the game. If this was played otb, I would not allow the players to switch positions of the king and queen.
Since this is correspondence and analysis boards are allowed, it is ok to switch positions of the king and queen on an analyses board, but it goes against the spirit of the event.
Left rychessmaster1 a post on the related board.
He'll do what he decides.
Are we allowed to use "engines" for our help with him, or is the concept of these games to be considered as strictly mano a mano: No machines?
