Medieval chess rules?

Why is there no variant for medieval chess rules? I read up a bit on the history of chess and it would be fun to try how different the game was. For those who don't know the differences were pretty much:

- queen could only move 1 step diagonally, so it was one of the weakest pieces. ( the modern rules became called "the mad queen game" when it became popular in the 1400s.)

- pawns couldn't move two squares.

- no castling.

- stalemate was typically seen as a "less pure form of victory".

Obviously it varied a bit between times and regions, but I think this is pretty much the biggest changes between modern chess and the chess that was played between like 1000s-1400s.

Idk, would just be a bit fun to experience what the kings of old used to play.
