Mega-dog round-1 game (rychessmaster1 - McGoohan)

Note vacation time for this game allows 4 extra days (but the rules are now different for games that started August 7 and later).
Incorrect.
This game is part of the Mega Dog tournament which has the same rules as games started August 7 and later. 14 days vacation time.

Thanks Martin, you are correct. Sorry for my error.
(fyi: McGoohan is also playing Auk in the candidates tournament. That game still has the "old" rules for time-control).
Also, Ry is correct that three time warnings are allowed (per 40 moves). A fourth time warning is a loss.

I played too hastily yesterday, and I ignored something. WFB should be said early enough to be on the safe side. But it has now happened and I will see if it causes me a serious problem.
I am not quite sure whether it is permissible to answer a Time Warning with Vacation time.
...
Another question is, what happens after the "Vacation time" has expired? Would a "Time warning" have to be pronounced again afterwards or not?
I think the rules should be clarified for such rare situations as here.
I agree the rules are slightly ambiguous with respect to what you say. In my view it's OK to call for vacation at anytime, except it can't be requested after the game has already ended (forfeited due to no reply after 24 hours). It does have to be requested at the game thread (not in a discussion elsewhere).
I'll try to address this in the rules within a week or two.
Also time warnings can be issued anytime a player is over the time-control limit. That's the 3-day limit, or 7 days for vacation (3 + 4 = 7). Note vacation time for this game allows 4 extra days (but the rules are now different for games that started August 7 and later).
