My chaotic chess variant idea: CCA Chess

Look at this position. White seems to be doing pretty good. They have an extra knight. But unfortunately for white, they have a check. And in this variant, if you can check your opponent's king, you must. Because of this, white is forced to play Bxh7+, losing their bishop, and follow it up with Qf5+ (or Qh5+), donating their queen as well.
But what if you have no checks? Well, unfortunately, you aren't off the hook yet. Now, you move to the next part of CCA: Capture, and you must capture a piece if possible. In the example above, white is forced to play Rxe6, since it is their only legal capture.
If you have no checks or captures, you still aren't safe! You must check for the third part of CCA: Attacks. In this position, white has many ways to attack a black piece, and none of them let them walk away without losing material. White starts with Nc4, attacking the black bishop. (For the purposes of this variant, it's considered an attack even if the targeted piece is defended.) After their knight is captured, they still have a legal attack with their rook, and thus are forced into Rc1, the only attack that does not lose their rook. Rd1, as well as an initial Rc1, would cause the rook to die since capturing whatever you just attacked is mandatory on the next move.
