I just created a new chess variant; below you can see what it looks like and how to play it.
If this format is used in live tournaments, and a player suspects their opponent is intentionally trying to apply a perpetual hold to run down the time and cause both players to lose the game, the player can call the arbiter. If the arbiter determines that the opponent is acting maliciously, the victory goes to the player who received the perpetual hold. In short, let's share this format with the entire national and international chess community and let's play!
