If any requirement is broken the treaty shall be nullified.

1) Sir JamesAgadir must repay the profit form Sir Condor's Queen. This will be done by a sacrifice of an archbishop on the following move.

2) Both sides must keep pieces at least 10 blocks from an opposing parties king.

3) Both sides are prohibited from using long-ranging attacks near an opposing parties king.

4) No pieces or pawns may be killed except for requirement 1. Which states a archbishop sacrifice must be taken.

What would you propose instead. The taking my queen was a declaration of war. All I'm asking is for you to give back the profits you acquired from taking my queen nothing more. I would be okay if you gave the profits to a third-party such as Auk or Tomato.

@James_Agadir captures the first king of the game, in the form of @William_z's king. 

(Update #8)- First Elimination and First Promotion

@hitthepin becomes the first to promote and @William_z becomes the first to be eliminated due to being banned from chess.com.

Major event (Update #15)- Threats of War and Major Patch

@JamesAgadir has captured @Chess_Condor's queen and this has resulted in discussions of war by almost all parties.

Also, a game update has arrived. In here, witches have been added and board size has increased from 99x99 to 199x99.

I'll gladly take the profits, but that's just me. It's not a declaration of war, it's a sign you should've done something like place a guard to defend and not place your blind trust in the hands of someone who has never talked about an alliance with you.

There's no pressure on James to sign the treaty, he has backup and condor is going to be attacking by himself as Htp states that he will only protect condor if he is attacked

I think my revisal was fair. Give the profits from taking my queen to a third-party. I still lose out on a whole queen.

From Jame's perspective, he loses if he does that. You lose. You guys both lose. That's the worst way to sign a treaty, like ever.
