James took Condor’s Queen, so of course the Condor-made treaty is Condor-friendly. He wants his stuff back. Whether that’s morally right or not is the whole reason why there’s so much talk about war.

Ah, now that sounds more fair. If James accepts, I guess we've resolved things and I can push my pawns without having to worry about WW1.
If it's condor-friendly, James doesn't have any motivation for signing it
